⚙️ Issue
Renovate will always fail because our helm docs won't be updated with the new versions it's trying to merge in

⚙️ Change Description

• Add the binary for helm-docs to a tooling directory in the repo (compiled for darwin and linux)
• Update do to execute helm-docs from the tooling repo, dependent on host environment
• Update renovate to call the do script to update the helm docs and add them to the commit.

✅ Solution

Set the above changes so that when renovate runs to update dependencies it also updates the ReadMe with the new versions for its commit.

The do script updates were ran manually on my host machine
